Due to expansion, we are seeking a self-motivated team player for the following position in our Indonesia office:
ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor degree in accounting with min. GPA 2.8 (from 4.00)
* Have min. 3 - 5 years experience in related position
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications, preferable understand about integration system (ORACLE, AS 400 or SAP)
* Good understanding about Indonesia Tax Regulation, Indonesia PSAK and IFRS
* High motivated person, having good integrity, and target oriented
* Good etiquette and team player
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral & written
* Willing to work as a contract staff

Job Tasks:

Accounting & Audit

* Assist Finance Manager in order to do the daily routine Finance & Accounting task
* Maintain account receivable, account payable, fixed assets and GL system.
* Update SAP financial/accounting module
* Handle taxation matters

-  Prepare and submit financial & accounting reports and reconciliations
-  Cash management & planning
-  Inventory costing for the traded goods as well as for value added activities

-  Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and Indonesia Accounting Standards
-  Comply with Internal Control Systems & in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley Act
-  Setup local policies and procedures
-  Recommend, implement and maintain computer based accounting system

Requirements:
-   Degree in Accountancy
-   At least 5 years accounting & finance experience with multinational company
-   Supervisory experience will be advantageous
-   Experience in full set of accounts, month end close and reporting.
-   Experienced in Indonesia taxation and audit
-   Knowledge in US GAAP and Indonesian Accounting Standards.
-   Conversant in English, both orally and written.
-   Experience in handling customs requirements
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills
-   Proactive, independent, analytical and team player.
